PRIVATE room available in an adult family home for an elderly person with a mild to moderately severe dementia who is in need of specialized care in an adult family home!!!

Our Adult Family Home is in Edmonds Washington and it has a total of 4 full baths and 6 beds on the main floor.

Our caregivers have their own apartments on the premise on a different level.

The room that we currently have available is a private room with its own bathroom en-suite.

This room is spacious and airy. It has its own bathroom on suite. It comes fully furnished with plenty of space to bring your personal belongings and your personal touch.

We are currently seeking a senior or elderly person who is affected with a mild to moderate Dementia or Alzheimer’s disease and who is ready to transition into specialized care in a homelike setting in an adult family home!

The New Resident Admissions Process

Have an assessment performed by a qualified assessor.
Next, you will have to schedule a Tour where you will be able to not only see the room but also the rest of the home. This will also be a good time to talk details. Please have information ready prior to touring about financial constraints, long-term care insurance, POA documentation, DPOA, and possibly funds available to put a bedhold and/or start the enrollment process.
Sign a new resident admission agreement. We are unable to talk about the price until the assessment is done and we know exactly what level of care he needs. To our base rate, there will additional charges for the level of care, which are unknown at this point. If you have had an assessment already done for your loved one, we could give you more information once you send it to me. Our pricing model is all-inclusive. It will cover housing, his/her primarily needs for meals, housekeeping, ADLs, medication management, social activities, etc. Our team includes doctors, nurses, and other professionals, that will come to our home and provide a variety of medical services. We also have groomers, hairstylists, nail technicians, musicians, and other professionals provide their services to our residents. All these will be addressed in the new resident admission agreement.
Sign the admissions packet and submit the required documentation.
